If you need to cancel your child’s participation, refund eligibility depends on the time remaining before the start of the camp session:
More than 4 weeks before the start date: 100% refund.
Between 2 and 4 weeks before the start date: 75% refund.
Between 1 and 2 weeks before the start date: 50% refund.
Less than 1 week before the start date: No refund available.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@wondercamps.cl
